DESCRIPTION
Clone A/NP/4H1. Monoclonal antibodies have broad reactivity with different strains of influenza A viruses. Solution of MAbs in PBS, pH 7.4, containing 0.1 % NaN 3 as preservative. Immunogen: purified influenza A/Duck/Pottsdam/1402-6/86 (H5N2). Epitope direction: conservative site in nucleoprotein of influenza A virus according to immunoblotting assay and ELISA.
SOURCE
Ascitic fluid. The clone has been derived from hybridization of Px myeloma cells with spleen cells of SJL/J mice immunized with purified influenza A/Duck/Pottsdam/1402-6/86 (H5N2) virus.
SPECIFICITY
MAbs clone A/NP/4H1 was broadly reacted with NP of different (avian, swine and human) influenza A viruses. No cross-reactivity was detected in ELISA and IF test in interaction with heterologous viruses and host components
PURIFICATION
From ascites by salt out procedure with ammonium sulphate. On special request – Protein G purified MAbs.
STORAGE
Store at +4 °C for 6 months.
APPLICATION
Detection of influenza A viruses. MAbs clone A/NP/4H1 reacted with NP of different influenza A virus subtypes including H1, H2, H3, Hsw1, H5, H7 and H9 both in ELISA and immunofluorescent assay.
