High quality media are the basis
for successful cell processing and
play a pivotal role in the standardization
of your cell culture.
GMP Quality
All CellGro® Media are produced
under Good Manufacturing
Practice (GMP).
Quality testing
CellGro® serum-free media combine
high quality and safety with
excellent performance. Quality
controls include sterility, endotoxin
test, pyrogene test and a
bioassay.

Formulation
Both media provide a nutritionally
complete and balanced environment
for your cells. No growth
factors, antibiotics or undefined
supplements are included.
The formulations are complete
and contain human albumin,
recombinant human insulin and
human transferrin.
Intended use
SCGM Medium
CellGro® Stem Cell Growth Medium
(SCGM) has been developed
for optimal culture of hematopoietic
stem and progenitor cells,
T-cells or NK-cells.
DC Medium
CellGro® DC Medium has been
optimized for the generation of
dendritic cells using both monocytes
or CD34+ hematopoietic
stem cells.
Availabilty
CellGro® serum-free media
are manufactured under current
GMP and are available in bottles
or bags. Both media are also
available as a component of the
CellGro® Kit-System.
